Just steps to the sand you hear the waves breaking on the shore loud and clear! The living room slider door opens out to a large ocean view deck with table, chairs and shade umbrella. The deck is shared with one other 1 bedroom unit and there is a nice distance between entrances.
We vacation rental 8 units on the property - why not bring friends and family too!
New queen bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper couch in the living room. The bedroom is in the back of the unit.
Propane BBQ downstairs on the community patio. Large community picnic table downstairs as well.
Free assigned parking in our private lot.
Non-Smoking throughout.
Complimentary use of our boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys.
Wheel one of our rolling life chairs right up to the beach.
On-site coin operated laundry facility for your convenience.
We are walking distance ( about 5 minutes) to the pier, downtown shops and restaurants. Continue walking and you'll arrive at the harbor.

There is nothing like the mesmerizing sight and sound of the waves crashing on the beach. You could sit and watch it all day. The view from the deck is amazing. We are walking distance to the pier, harbor and downtown Oceanside's restaurants & shops.
