The open plan contemporary townhouse has been completely remodeled and boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have also been updated. All of the living room furniture was just replaced. So, there is now a brand new leather sofa and a wonderful 42inch flat screen TV. The comfy king size bed in the master bedroom is perfect for snuggling while you listen to the sounds of the surf. Or, you can watch your favorite show on the new flat screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, which are great for the kids.
If you tire of the beach you can head off to the gated community pool where you can take in some sun or swim by moonlight.
This is a great place for long beach walks, sunbathing or trying your hand at fishing. Restaurants, shops, golf courses and weekend farmer's market are all in walking distance.

We just got home from spending a week here in Flagler. We usually go to the panhandle area but decided to give the Alantic side a try. We loved it!! The townhouse had everything we needed & then some. We've been going to the panhandle for over 15years & have never rented anywhere with all the accommodations we had here. Fran was wonderful to work with, she was so helpful & even left us a welcome note & basket! We are already planning to come back next year. We want to drive into St Augustine to explore more!! Thanks again Fran for sharing your beautiful home with us!!
