-The living room and front bedroom table lamps are on a timer, and on during the evenings. Please do not change or unplug these cables, or any other cables.
-Please treat our home like you would treat your own, including but not limited to using coasters on furniture, supervising children.
-Desert Hot Springs is a desert, and prone to ants and bugs coming in the house. Please limit eating to kitchen/dining room, and clean up any spills or food prep after meals.
-NO parties are allowed, and no pets (unless otherwise agreed), as well as no smoking. If complaints from neighbors/police are received, we retain the right to evict guest without refunds.
-Please leave the grill in a CLEAN, useable condition as it was found. Provision of grill woodchips is guest responsibility, should you choose to use grill.
-No smoking is allowed on the property, either inside or outside.
-Pool use. No jumping, diving, rough housing or running around, including jumping off walls into pool. Children and teens MUST be supervised at all times. No glass near pool. There is no life-guard; swim at your own risk. No Pool or Patio use after 10pm.
-Please DO NOT move furniture around while you are there. Sometimes when there is only one cleaning person assigned they are not able to move things back on their own.
-Leave the home and backyard in the condition found, minus laundry and light cleaning. It is not our housekeeper’s job to clean excess mess; the home is to be left in a habitable condition. If it is deemed that the home/yard requires excessive cleaning (solely determined by housekeeper and owner) you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Why This Property?
We love the desert as a vacation spot for our family. Our family and friends enjoy swimming, walkintg/hiking trails, dining at the great restaurants nearby, golf and relaxing. Desert Hot Springs is close to everything including the city of Palm Springs and we find that we have all we need for a great vacation at our vacation rental home. The view of the mountains and the stars at night is gorge
