Why This Property?

We discovered The Retreat By The Lake in 2010 and immediately fell in love with the location and the community. We completely renovated the property and it is now our winter home. In 2013, Mike's sister, Jane, had the opportunity to purchase the property 3 doors down from the The Retreat by the Lake. She completely renovated it as well and named it The Lake House at Sunset Lakes.

This four bedroom house with two bathrooms is newly renovated and newly furnished to the highest possible standards. It has its own private screened in pool, overlooking a tranquil lake. The villa is in the prestigious gated community of Sunset Lakes - a small community of single family homes with quiet tree lined streets. The Lake House at Sunset Lakes is a perfect vacation home for up to eight guests and offers all the fine details of a five star hotel at a fraction of the price.
