Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations after that point will not get a refund unless the unit can be rebooked for that period of time, in which case refund will be proportionate to the income generated by the new rental agreement.

We are Jacob, Sue, Jake, and Gina from Washington state. We all love Hawaii and have a lot of fun vacationing here. Jake and Gina own a condo at Kona Pacific and love it so much that when this condo came up for sale we all decided to grab it while we could!

Excellent Kona Pacific Condo

We have rented the owners other condo and this addition is just as clean and well equipped with beach amenities, cooking utensils, air conditioning, celiling fans and linen. The smart TV was excellent and we brought our HDMI cable for streaming. I highly recommend this unit

A little piece of paradise!

Everything was just amazing with our stay at this condo. It was clean and decorated so perfect for Hawaii. My husband and I loved sitting on the lanai in the morning as the sun came up and then at sunset. I only wish it had been available for our entire stay! We will be back for sure!
