We went for the new emerald coast car show at Pier Park and stayed at Top of the Gulf #802. Place was fantastic, all newly remodeled. Owners were great to work with. Door uses a door code which we liked instead of having to meet somewhere to get a key. Loved the area of the beach as it was not crowded. We also liked that the owners offered us their beach service. We live locally where the owners live and had come across this place through a friend. We will definitely be back there in the fall for the other car show and we have already booked with them.

Great Location
Date of Stay: October 7th , 2016

Decided at last minute to go to the beach for fall break with the kids. I sent Iris a message and she informed us that she had a last minute cancellation for the partial week. We took it! Stayed Monday through Friday the first week of October. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Very clean and convenient to everything that mattered to us. Beaches were not crowded at all in this area. Loved this place and will definitely stay again.
