Why This Property?
Originally from Western NY, we grew up far away from any oceans or beach resorts. When we moved to Maryland many years ago, we fell in love with Ocean City. We rented many units over the years and when we were finally able to buy one, we knew we wanted an Ocean Front unit with a convenient, central location.
Unique Benefits
We are close enough to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and the Convention Center. Our unit is on the top floor (5th) and pretty unique with both front and back balconies that afford gorgeous views of both the ocean and the Chesapeake Bay.
