We spent a week in this lovely home, and it had everything we needed to make us feel at home on our family vacation. The property was just as described in the listing, and has actually been updated a little from the photos. There are 3 bedrooms all with Queen & Double beds. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. It was very close to many amenities, and shopping nearby. It was close to the highway and easy access to downtown. The back yard and patio were great to sit and watch the kids play in the huge yard. We saw a few deer grazing through the back on a couple of occasions. The entire neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The property owners responded promptly and were very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, but could have used a few more wine glasses (there were only 2). The dishwasher didn't seem to work well, so we washed dishes by hand (I let the owners know). And some extra lighting would be helpful on the front path for night time, as it is quite dark. But other than that, this home had everything we needed to make us comfortable. I would recommend this property to others and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again if we ever return to Nashville.
We loved having three bedrooms and a communal area to congregate. So much better than staying in a hotel for us four adults. Quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping and restaurants. Not too far to airport and downtown attractions. Would definitely stay again.
My parents and I took my daughter to Nashville for her 13th birthday and I could not have picked a better place!! This house is PERFECT! The bathroom is huge, so it was no problem for four people and their toiletries. The house is quaint and cozy and SUPER CLEAN!!! The pictures don't do it justice....it is BEAUTIFUL!!! It is about 2 miles from a Target, Publix, and shopping, so if you want to cook at home, you aren't traveling 20 minutes to find a store. Super close to downtown Nashville, but without the NOISE of the city. I will be back!!!! Thank you for making our stay memorable!!!!!
We loved staying here. Everything was exactly as pictured and perfect for our needs. I would definitely book this place again! An added bonus was watching twin fawns and their mother for about 45 minutes one evening as I sat on the deck. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
