In the spacious contemporary living area, brand new leather couches hold a queen size sleeper sofa (linens provided). There are also marble coffee and end tables, along with a media console, dvd player and large flat screen television. About a dozen movies and a few games are provided for your enjoyment. The dining area provides seating for four and in the fully supplied eat-in kitchen there is a breakfast nook.
Luxurious designer bath towels, beach towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs with coolers are also supplied for your use.
Free gated private parking with one reserved spot, cable, hi-speed wi-fi and utilities included.
The Windwood Seas is a low-rise boutique condominium featuring a private heated swimming pool and a courtyard patio area with built in barbeque grills for your enjoyment. Just outside our door every Sunday is a fresh organic farmer’s market and juice bar.
We also own another one bedroom condo just upstairs from this one, with additional availability.

I spend a lot of time at Hollywood Beach and enjoy the restaurants and cafes there. Many days I ride bicycles from my home to the boardwalk with either friends or family and sit at one of the ocean front restaurants for a nice meal. My husband and I fell in love with the boutique style condominium with all its wonderful amenities as well as an eclectic group of residents. We have been looking for a place there for awhile as they don't come available too often. Most of all we LOVE the location of our condo. This condo is like our little get-away and we will keep it in our family for many years to come.
