Why This Property?
The house is located in one of the exclusive residential areas in the southeast of Cape Coral known as the Yacht Club area. Since we are enthusiastic boaters it was an essential prerequisite for us in order to enjoy our own vacations as well. If you would like to visit some of the beautiful beaches you are seeing in the pictures, then a boat is the right choice. We would be happy to put you in contact with a rental agency. In Florida, you do not need a license, but you will receive an extensive theoretical and practical boat briefing.

Great House
Date of Stay: February 1st , 2019

This was our second year at Villa Bluewater and we had a wonderful time.There was more than enough towels and bedding, the house was very clean and the location was perfect. I am a boater and the location was perfect with only ten minutes to get to the river and open water.The boat also ran perfectly and the boat instructor, Capt Ron is awesome. Michael and Petra are very accommodating and respond very quickly with any requests you have. We have already booked for next February and March.Cant wait to go back.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We are very happy with our stay at Villa Bluewater. The home was very clean! There is extra bedding if needed and plenty of towels, Everything you could need is available, Chairs, fishing poles, cooler, pool toys to mention a few. Michael and Petra have done a great job leaving information on area attractions, beaches and restaurants. The boat was fantastic and easy to handle. Our instructor was great and made sure we were well trained. The pool was too cold for us to use but it was an unusually cold January. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The bathrooms are a bit small but very clean and kept up nice. Over all a great place and nice people to work with!
