With all of the major changes going on in the on-line world of vacation rentals, there are a few things you need to know about this OWNER Operated vacation rental:

2) Beth Lamm was thrilled to be selected by this the world's largest site as "The Personality Behind the Home in the Carolinas"!
3)Beth Lamm is a completely hands-on owner. There is no agency, no middle man involvement. You will deal directly with Beth Lamm from the time you book one of her homes through your stay on Folly Beach.
5)Beth will not rent to anyone she has not spoken with directly. So when you are ready to book your stay with us or if you have any questions, please feel free to give her a call!
Location, location! Lamm's End Cottage is a 2-minute walk to the beach: 8 minute stroll to Folly's quaint downtown: Behind the cottage: a tennis court and an imaginative children's park which includes a pirate's ship, a lighthouse and gazebo for mom and dad to relax.
Beth pays close attention to creature comforts... comfortable beds to ensure a good night's sleep, high thread count all cotton bedding, down comforters. This is a turn-key operation. Everything --- from toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish & dishwashing soap, hand soap, spices--- is provided.
Lamm's End Cottage has a fully-equipped, granite, stainless kitchen so our guests easily whip up a delicious meal from the abundance of fresh seafood and locally grown vegetables available in the South Carolina low country.
Much was done during an extensive renovation of the home, yet the charm and warmth of a bygone era of old Folly remain. Heart pine floors, tongue & groove wood ceilings and a large, private, front porch have been beautifully restored. Lamm's End Cottage is surrounded by a huge deck-- a great spot to relax.
Beth will consider 1 well-behaved, mature, well-groomed dog but MUST be pre-approved.
There is no smoking permitted ANYWHERE on the premises. No house parties or weddings are permitted.

I am a real Estate Agent and my husband Jim is an ER Doc at McLeod Hospital System in Florence.
The "Lamm Fam" loves to travel but our favorite spot on the planet remains Folly Beach!
Why This Property?
Lamm's Cottage is so perfectly located on the island-- some of our guests just park the car and never get back into until they leave. Our lively downtown is a short walk, so is the beach and the Children's Park, Tennis and basketball courts are right behind us.
