Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the
start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive
100% refund.

1. To secure any reservations a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total rental is required and due at the time of booking by a valid credit card.
2. The private house occupancy is for the number of 6 individuals; however, if it is exceeded without any prior notice and approval in writing by the management, additional 30% fee of the daily rate per person will be required.
* Minimum of 2 nights stay is required.*
We reserves the right to refuse and to revoke the booking if they do not comply with our policies.

For the private Holiday houses, we do not provide food, beverages and maintenance services during the guests stay, it is the responsibility of the guests to acquire their own food and drinks and to take care of the maintenance during their stay in the premises, however, if requested we can provide a cleaning person and the guests will pay that person directly for his or her services.
