Deposit Requirements
The stay at Tramonto daily rate is all inclusive. Instead of security deposit tax and cleaning fee I prefer to offer incentive! If the property is kept in great order and left as you found it in regards to neatness ( not laundry required) you will receive $300 .
Cancellation & Refund Policy
I understand situations arise that may require cancellations . If I am able to re-rent your dates you may have a full refund . If you are able to re-schedule open dates you may do that. If your cancellation is unable to be re-booked You will receive a 50% refund a reasonable policy as we both have incurred loss.
