The room consists of one king size double bed, desk and cupboard for clothes. The door has a lock on it for privacy and the internet wi-fi password will be issued to you once you arrive.
We live in a very vibrant community, only 10 minutes away from the Cape Town CBD. The beach is only 5 minutes drive away and there are small take-away shops across the street from where the house is situated. There are also various small shops in the surrounding area that sell the basic household amenities. There are also various small take away fast food shops on the street. From Airport: Airport is 15 min drive from our home From Railway Station: Busses drive by the property on their way to the train station in town. The train station is 10 minutes from the house. Be advised that it is saver to travel by bus than train in South Africa. From Bus Station: Closest Public Transportation: - Bus pick up and drop off station - 20m from house on Koeberg Road. There are also several convenient bus lines that run to the city from this pick up and drop off point. Other Modes of Transportation: - Taxi - Uber (recommend, usually cheaper than a Taxi) - City Buses We'd be happy to give you directions to places and explain the bus system if you'd like! :)

About Daleen
Hi There. My name is Daleen and I love God, people and animals. Myself and my husband are both self employed and work from home. I am an Architectural Designer and my husband is an instructor in Krav Maga - self defense. We would love to meet you when you come and stay over!
Why This Property?
My house is located in a friendly family oriented neighborhood in the average working class suburb of Brooklyn. It is a very save & convenient location for getting to any major freeways and routes. It is within walking distance from the bus pick up stop [10m], and 5 minutes from Milnerton lagoon and beach.
Unique Benefits
Shops and take away situated right across from our home on the opposite side of the street. Because we work from home, we will be able to assist you with any travel information or help that you might need when you arrive. We also have a free Wi-Fi system in place that you may use internet facilities, or watch a movie if you like.
