pool house has a shower/changing area as well as a 5th bathroom. Add in the optional casita for another 400 feet of space with kitchen , bath with shower and jacuzzi, 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper and direct access to the pool area NOTE: Pricing separate will need special offer to book casita with house only. We even provide you with porta-cribs, high chairs and aerobeds for the kids. The home is furnished with comfort in mind for large family groups and corporate retreat or convention groups.

All five bedrooms as well as the den and the living room enjoy generous proportions. The 4000
square foot home is big enough to enable family reunion and corporate retreat groups to enjoy unfettered access to their sleeping accommodations without bumping into the others in your group who are spread throughout the rest of the house. Add another 350 ft for the casita.
The home faces west with a straight-on white water view of the magnificent Pacific Ocean.
The 20-foot high cathedral ceilings are graced with walls of glass that frame the beautiful sunsets
each evening. The living room, den and dining room are spacious for large groups and afford unparalleled whitewater views of the Pacific Ocean.
There is a large backyard seating area for even the largest groups to enjoy the balmy San Diego
evenings by the pool. The proximity of the kitchen and the outdoor BBQ grill make indoor-outdoor living extremely inviting. The gas BBQ is near outdoor seating and tables for al fresco dining in the outdoor dining area.
Beyond the sitting area in the rear yard is the large heated swimming pool and the 6-person Jacuzzi Spa.
