Why This Property?
I looked for a year for our family beach home. The view was important and its amazing how many homes have a fireplace wall in front of their views! The Seal Rock area is the coastal area where we brought our young children to play on the beach and go crabbing off the docks and in the bays. It's a natural, comfortable fit for us.

Unique Benefits
It's all about the view and the privacy. The road ends in our driveway. The view is so close you don't remember there is a road between us and the ocean. We can watch the seals, whales, gulls, cormorants, pelicans, eagles, etc from our living room sofa, the deck, the patio and even the kitchen.
