About Fran and Charlie
We've been living in Tucson since being young adults (that's a lot of years now!). We know Tucson very well and have watched it grow tremendously over these past almost forty years. We LOVE central Tucson and live just a few blocks from Glenn House. C
Why This Property?
Possibly one of the best things about Garcia House is its location to get almost anywhere in Tucson quickly. We're not far from the University of Arizona, Tucson Medical Center, U of A Hospital, Reid Park and on and on.

The unique benefit of our property is the convenience in every which way. It's convenient to get to just about anywhere in Tucson or Southern AZ; The conveniences on the interior: After all these years I've pretty well got just about anything a Guest could want covered.: Even having the driveway and parking is convenient for our Guests!
