The unit has a spacious floor plan (largest at Sunbird) and is located on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the beach and gulf from your balcony.

This condo located at the Sunbird, a beautiful, well maintained, gated beachfront complex. The perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic get away. The unit has a spacious floor plan (largest at Sunbird) and is located on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of the beach and gulf from your balcony.
Sunbird has 3 pools and one is heated and an on site fitness room . The condo is located on Thomas Dr, walking distance to restaurants, night spots, shopping & Walmart. There are several golf courses near by. Many family activities are very close such as Ripleys, Wonderworks, Shipwreck Island, mini golf and amusement rides.
There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, TV with DVD, and ceiling fan. Bedroom has a large walk-in closet where a twin size roll away bed is stored. Large living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Comcast cable bring many choices to the 46" LED TV and Blu-Ray DVD player with selection of movies.
A desk is provided for your laptop computer or to write postcard for back home. Condo is set up with private internet service thru Comcast. Working vacation possible with high speed reliable service.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker and dishwasher. Coffe maker, toaster & blender not to mention plates, silverware, glasses, pots & pans. Everything is here to make dining in a breeze. Dining area has table with seating for 4 and 2 bar stools at kitchen bar. There is also a table & 2 chairs on balcony for outside dining while watching the waves. Spacious bathroom has a tub/shower combo, hairdryer and towels. laundry . All linens are provided. There is a Laundromat located on ground floor of each building
The Sunbird is a safe, family oriented complex with a gated parking lot and security gates from beaches to the complex and pool areas. There are grills & picnic table near the pools.
There is a fitness center & tennis court. There are also shuffles board & sand volley ball.
