Luxury water-front villa of 200 mq in Théoule-sur-Mer for 8 people with 2000 mq of garden at 15 km from the fashionable city of Cannes and only 50 m from the beach, in an exclusive environment and in the peace of the Esterel. The villa is on 2 levels – on the upper level are 3 spacious double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all completely renovated. On the ground level there is a big living room Provençal style, the dining room and a typical French kitchen. We recently added a 4th double bedroom and half bath.
Gorgeous sea view on the small tourist harbour of La Figueirette and the bay. Private swimming pool, 200 mq terrace with BBQ space, exotic garden and close to all water-sport activities. The villa is situated at the beginning of numerous excursions in the mountains of the Esterel.
In summer, the Pierre Cardin Palais Bulles, which is just 5 min away from our holiday home, hosts shows and concerts. La Cigalette is 45 min from Nice airport and about 15 min from the exclusive shops and restaurants in Cannes, the festivals and the events. Other pretty cities, such as Antibes, St. Raphael and Grasse are within easy reach. Ferries run daily to St. Tropez from Cannes and boat trips run along the coast and to the Lerins Islands. You can enjoy innumerable leisure activities.

About Gaia
Villa La Cigale was our holiday home for many years and we used it up to 6 months a year! Then, with the arrival of the kids we are now tied to school holidays and can't take as much advantage out of it. We have loved it and would now like our guests to love it as much as we did.
