Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit sits on the 9th floor directly overlooking the beach. Enjoy stunning views of sugar white sand and emerald waters from your private direct beach-front balcony. Your home away from home is designed to comfortably sleep 8 - a king sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen sized beds and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the family room. The private, spacious balcony has plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy morning coffee and evening dinners while watching the waves roll in and listening to the sounds of the ocean.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking meals in. Brand new stainless steel appliances were added in June of 2017. No need to worry about laundry when you get home, we have a washer and dryer for your use. The family room area provides the comfortable seating you need to feel relaxed and at home. You’ll be able to watch all of your favorite shows on our 55" flat screen TV or feel free to pop a DVD into the blu-ray player to enjoy for a cozy night in. We also offer free WiFi.
The Master bedroom opens to the balcony and has a new king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom and all the bath towels you will need in the master suite. You will also find plenty of closet and drawer space and a flat screen TV with dvd player in this bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a twin bed. It’s equipped with a 40" flat screen TV with a blu-ray dvd player for your entertainment needs. The guest bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. There is also plenty of closet and drawer space in this bedroom for your storage needs.
You will not be disappointed with the location this unit offers. From the 9th floor balcony you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful gulf waters and Perdido Pass, where you can watch the boats sail in and out. For your convenience, Phoenix East is less than 2 miles from grocery stores, Walmart, and multiple restaurants. It is also less than 3 miles from the famous Flora-Bama Lounge and Oyster Bar.

This damage waiver covers you and your vacation party for up to $1,000 worth of reported accidental property damage. We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We were delighted with the views of the beach from the condo balcony. The condo itself was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great and only minutes to the marina and restaurants. We look forward to visiting again there soon!

Love this area. The beaches were fantastic. Views from the balcony for morning relaxing or evening chilaxing are amazing. The Condo is clean and updated nicely. New appliances, fresh paint and decorations give it a home-like feel. Close to many restaurants and entertainment. The complex has great amenities as well. Can't wait to return

Immaculately clean and spacious. Enjoyed having morning coffee on the comfy back deck while watching the ocean. Great location! I will definitely stay here again!!
