This elegant custom built 5 bedoom, 4.5 bathroom private pool home sleeps 14 guest with 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full beds and 6 Twin beds.As you enter the gates of this beautiful home with it's attractive stone facade leading into the entrance hall and the sweeping travertine staircase onto the gallery landing, you will be guaranteed satisfaction. Granite, marble and travertine have been used throughout the home enhancing it's many fabulous features. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and for those guests with disabilities in need of assistance there is an elevator that can be made available. The living area is extremely light with an open floor plan incorporating a formal seating area with a feature fireplace and formal dining for eight, powder room, family gathering room with ample comfortable seating complimented with a large flat screen TV complete with 5.1 surround sound, blueray DVD and Sony PlayStation. The beautiful spacious kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a center island and dining table for eight overlooking the pool deck. The first large master suite is located at the rear with French doors allowing access onto the pool lanai. This suite has a kingsize bed, a seating area and a large bathroom which includes a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and twin vanities.

Currently we strictly prohibit all parties, events, or large gatherings. Only guests registered on the Rental agreement form as guests can occupy the home. Any guest violating the above will be removed without refund. By state law, occupancy of your rental home may not exceed what is posted for each rental property.
Drug use is prohibited in or near the property. Guests are not allowed to use the property for any immoral or unlawful purpose. Any guests who violates any law or ordinance will immediately terminate occupancy without a refund.
There is no smoking permitted in our vacation homes. Smoking is only allowed outside the property. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee, cost will vary by property.
All our resorts have a strict noise ordinance of 10:00pm. Guests who do not comply and disrupt the peace after 10pm will be required to vacate the property without refund.
All homes are provided with a basic starter supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies, guests are then responsible for purchasing/supplying all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.
Every property is provided with a house information manual which will contain both general and specific information relevant to both the property and surrounding area. Attention should be given to the trash and parking requirements of the resort's Homeowners Association you are staying in as failure to observe the rules can result in a substantial fine imposed by the resorts.
