Simply walk across the street to enjoy the beach or take a swim in the sparkling pool at the complex. Well-appointed, with queen size bed, plus a super comfortable sleeper sofa. This studio unit sits in a family-oriented complex. No smoking in the apartment; there is a patio where individuals may sit to smoke. No pets are permitted for renters. The studio is appropriate for two adults and two small children, but not for 4 adults. Most of the people staying here are full-time residents. The complex management and homeowners' association does not approve renting to spring break students. It sits at the far west end of the beach, well removed from the area where spring breakers mostly stay. The studio condo is within walking distance of Pier Park, which offers multiple shopping opportunities in boutique shops as well as name brand department stores. A variety of restaurants ranging from sandwich shops to fine dining are also located in Pier Park. The fishing pier is across the street for those who want to fish or simply walk out the pier over the beautiful water. The NW Florida International Airport is only 5 miles away. Guests have full access in the apartment and may use the pool. Please follow the written pool instructions for the condos.

As a former faculty member at Florida State University, I served as the Spanish Language Program Director. Since my "retirement" from my work for the state of Florida, I have done contract work in the areas of professional development of teachers and the accreditation of educational institutions. I love to read and travel and to meet new people and new cultures. I am married to a biologist and we live in North Florida. We love the climate and the beauty of nature found in North Florida, where there are beautiful natural springs, beaches and abundant wildlife.

I bought this property both as an investment and an opportunity to get away once in a while to one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The emerald waters and the powder white sand of the Panhandle beaches are amazing!
