FIRST FLOOR: On this floor is a king bedroom with a kids' corner, an open concept with kitchen, dining, and living room. Off the living room are the covered deck with dining table and a sofa.
SECOND FLOOR: Surrounding this space are the master suite, a 2 kings room, and a bunk room with 2 sets of a custom-made bunk bed which can accommodate up to 4 children. A jack-and-jill bath serves the bunk and a room. A private deck is just off the master bedroom, with chaises for you lounging after a long day on the beach.

WARNINGS: It is very important to know that All the dunes and bushes on the island are the poisonous snakes’ habitats. This has been known in Galveston for many years back.
Please stay off the dunes and bushes. Stay on the dune walkover to get to the beach. Always watch your steps when you walk on grasses or the walkover.
BUGS: ants, chiggers, palmetto bugs, cockroaches, silverfishes, spiders, love bugs, big bugs, small bugs, tiny bugs, and all kinds of bugs are part of Galveston's life. Because we are in the coastal region with wetlands and open ditches surrounding.
To control these pests, the house has been scheduled to be sprayed quarterly and annually by our local pest control company. Per our pest control company, the spraying does not prevent them to crawl or fly in during the open and close of getting in and out of the house. However, if they do get in, they won't survive. You might see them unexpectedly during your stay.
Do not leave the door open, close it immediately after use, turn off the outside lights at the doorways also help to minimize them from getting inside. Because lights attract bugs.
Please do not bring food, snacks, candy into the bedrooms to prevent ants. Please do not leave food crumbs on the floor, inside the house will attract ants, or the ground floor, outside where the picnic tables are, will attract wild animals such as snakes, ants, bugs.
NEW CONSTRUCTION:
The house is in underdeveloped communities. We do not know exactly when new construction will start or how long to expect construction on any one house to last. You may reserve a house at a time when there is no construction, but it may begin prior to your arrival.
We regret any inconvenience that may result. We have no control over these situations and are unable to refund you the money.

1) No prom, no homecoming, house parties. No smoking and No pets. We have a very strict policy on these rules due to asthma.
2) Must be 30 years of age can rent this property, ID required
3) Reservation is not confirmed until the payment is received.
4) To confirm, all reservations require a SIGNED ALL THE RENTAL DOCUMENTS AND A VALID PHOTO ID from the primary guest who had made the payment. The primary guest has to be at check-in with his/her ID and must be present at the property during the rental period.
5) Inquire: When submitting an inquiry, please tell us a little about you, your guests, and the purpose of your stay. Please be advised that we have a strict no party (any kind), no smoking, and no pets (medical problem) policy for the property.
6) CANCELLATION: if cancel 61 days before the arrival date, we will refund, less $500 (cancellation fee). If cancel less than 60 days before your check-in date, we refund less $500 (cancellation fee) ONLY IF the property is able to be re-rented for the same period. Because we have a strict cancellation policy. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND GUESTS SHOULD PURCHASE THE CANCELLATION PROTECTION OR TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR TRAVELING INVESTMENT.

Mosquitos and bugs are ever-present on Galveston Island. Switching off lights by the doorways when entering and exiting will help minimize mosquitos from making their way inside.
