My husband and I got a chance to stay in this cabin at Creekwood resort in the mountains of Georgia right outside of Helen. It was Christmas time and it was such a relief from the FL heat, we truly felt close to heaven up there. The cabin was warm and cheery all decorated for the Christmas Season.To call this place charming is such and understatement. My husband says I am one of the pickiest persons when it comes to hotel rooms, B&B's etc. Well the cabin was very clean the linens were fresh and the kitchen very well stocked. I found myself in front of the fireplace never wanting to leave. If you get a chance to stay here, the owner's Robert and Melissa will take real good care of you. I read one of their slogans on the front porch at check in "Enter as strangers and leave as friends" a cliche but not at this well cared for resort with cabins and rv sites. We will be booking here again soon...in this fly by night world it is a breath of fresh air to find lodging where they really care about your stay and your enjoyment. Oh I forgot to mention the beautiful mountain views!! Job well done Robert and Melissa. See ya soon, Riley

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to write this review, you are very kind, I did want to point out that you stayed with us Christmas of 2016, I think that your date of stay was a typo. We hope you and your dogs will come stay with us again. I also want to point out that if you want Mountain views its only in the Fall winter and spring, we don't cut our trees because they provide shade on the deck in the summer months. Again thank you for all the time you took to write about our little piece of heaven.
