The Osprey Nest is a private flat overlooking Florida/Barley Bay and the Inter-Coastal waterway which is wonderfully maintained. It is fully licensed and operated under Florida DBPR License # MOT 5403060. Florida regulators inspect our property annually.

The Osprey Nest is a private flat overlooking Florida/Barley Bay and the Inter-Coastal waterway which is wonderfully maintained. It is fully licensed and operated under Florida DBPR License # MOT 5403060. Florida regulators inspect our property annually.
This non-smoking and pet free home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The sleeping accommodations are in queen beds. In addition to the master suite, the second sleeping area is on a Murphy bed in an alcove off the living area. The second bath is right there too. All appliances are relatively new and in excellent condition. The air conditioning system is a "split" system and very quiet (similar to central a/c). The floors are porcelain tiled. The home is light, bright and airy. There is free WIFI for guests.
In addition to the actual residence, there is a large deck terrace (1200 square feet) adjacent to the master suite with patio furnishings and a gas grill for your private use. There are super views from the deck. In addition to the home and deck, you get the use of the boat basin. You are allowed to dock one boat up to 26 feet in length. The property is private and secluded with estate private homes on either side. The actual location is bay-side right on Barley Bay which is close to the Ocean as well as back country fishing.
