Moved to Traverse City during the big snow storm of '78! Loved being here ever since!

Why This Property?

5 minute walk downtown for dinner and a movie at the State Theater or Bijou; stroll around the Commons on a quiet weeknight; walk by the bay; hike/snowshoe at the old state hospital grounds or Hickory Hills; bike on the TART trail. What a great place to be. This is a central location to everything!

This condo is a great CENTRAL and DOWNTOWN location in Traverse City.
Located in MIDTOWN ! 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each) - -full and half bath ~ open living/ kitchen/ deck. Attached garage below main living area. This is a great location with close walking to downtown, beach, old town, midtown, warehouse, depot, trails!
