Judy and Tim, the owners, both grew up in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Tim frequently came to Ocean City as a kid, and always enjoyed time here with family and friends. We have carried on the tradition of spending time here with family and friends, and we continue to look forward to spending time here with our grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren.

Unique Benefits
We like our location because the beach and boardwalk are a short block and half walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, yet the many boardwalk activities are a short walk away. There are restaurants, delicatessens, pizza and ice cream shops and variety stores within a three block walk of our home.
