Centrally located in Galveston, we are just .5 mile from the beach and a short distance from The Strand, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the wonderful attractions Galveston provides.
The Island Neuk is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage that will comfortably sleep 6-7 people. Our living room is a cozy place to relax after a busy day at the beach. Sit back and enjoy our TV, DVD player and Netflix, or sit around the coffee table and play one of the many provided games with your family! Need to check something online? We have you covered with free wi-fi! The dining room is fully equipped with a table for 4.
Need to cook or simply need a place to cool the drinks? The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal, all you need to add is food. We provide all the cutlery, serve ware, cooking pots/pans and basic spices. We even provide light snacks, bottled water, Keurig, coffee and creamer. Our kitchen comes with all needed appliances including a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge.
Each bedroom is furnished with Sealy pillow top mattresses sure to make your night a restful one! The master bedroom has a queen bed to sleep up to 2 guest. The second room is furnished with a set of twin size bunk beds. We can also add a queen air mattress to sleep 2 additional guest. Sheets are provided for each bed used.
For those staying longer, we provide a washer and dryer so you can go home with a clean set of laundry! Our bathroom is a full sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All towels are provided as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. You will need to provide your own toiletries during your stay.
Love the outside? You will love our spacious, fully fenced in, backyard. Enjoy a meal cooked on our grill and sit at the picnic table to enjoy a great evening outside.
We are sure you won't need or want for anything while staying at the Island Neuk. You will have everything you need to have a wonderful stay on Galveston Island!

Kelly made us feel welcome and provided A TON of great information on local eateries, events and must see attractions. The house included a generous amount of snacks, drinks and games. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return!

Two adults and four kids and we were SUPER comfy! Location is fabulous, quiet, tons of parking ... kids really enjoyed the Netflix. The house had everything. They really have thought about every possible need you could have. Really just can't say enough good things, we highly recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Island Neuk for a night and loved it! Definitely ideal for a couples getaway. Kelly was a great host and you can tell they put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a good experience.

My husband and I brought our three kids and they were stoked about being able to stay in an actual house instead of hotel! As soon as we walked in, the smell was amazing! Perfect first impression!! The home was very clean and inviting! We literally felt at home here! My son said "I don't want to get out of the shower! It's so comfortable in here!!" Great water pressure and comfortable beds! The neighborhood is quiet and that's always a plus! Easy to find and everything was easy to operate! Definitely going back here!! No more hotel stays in Galveston!!
