MOAB RETREAT HOUSE -NORTH SIDE can be rented alone or it may be rented with the South Side. It has three floors with 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 bedroom downstairs; a queen bed in the master bedroom and, it has private bath and jetted garden tub. Second bedroom has queen bed and shares a full bath. Third bedroom has four twin sized beds (2 stacked bunk beds). It also has a queen sized wall bed in the living room, with 2 couches suitable for 1 person. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a hide-a-bed in the lower family room/kitchen, It also has a bunk bed set with 2 twin beds in the lower hall area. It has a large upper deck off the kitchen with BBQ, small patio outside the lower basement area, with an additional outside entrance. It overlooks Moab and surrounding red rocks. Laundry facilities are in a shared garage, and in the lower area. The NORTH SIDE has 2 full kitchens. The house has VCR/DVR, and WIFI. There is a maximum of 1 vehicle per bedroom at the MOAB RETREAT HOUSE. Additional parking can be arranged with prior approval.
