Completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom top floor villa located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Our unit features 2 private bedrooms on opposite sides of the villa, each with a private bath and balcony (also accessible from main living area). The master bedroom has 1 king bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has full size dresser, large closet and TV with cable.
Seperating the bedrooms is a large, open concept family/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen offers new stainless appliances, granite counters and beautiful hardwood cabinets, fully stocked to meet your vacation needs. The dining area has seating for 6, and the living room offers a modern beachy look with ample seating. A beautiful blue sofa anchors the room, with 3 additional side chairs and a large flat screen TV with cable. High speed internet available throughout villa.
Off of the main living area is a 1/2 bathroom, with a full size washer and dryer.

The complex pool is less than a 1 minute walk, and has been beautifully updated in 2015. The pool area offers tables, lounge chairs, outdoor shower and bathhouse. The pool is open April-September.
The villa is located in The Moorings complex, which is less than 150 steps to the beach. The Dune House Restaurant is located at the beach access point, and serves lunch and dinner seasonally, as well as offers public restrooms. Across from the complex are the largest of Palmetto Dunes' tennis courts (available to reserve for a fee), and the bike trails are easily accessible to take you throughout Palmetto Dunes as well as to Shelter Cove Marina and Shopping.

We simply had a low key and restful time @ Hilton Head. The villa was beautifully decorated and felt brand new! Just a short walk to one of the best beaches on the Atlantic Coast. We rented two chairs and an umbrella on the beach just two perfect days, and spent the other days just exploring and walking on the beach. Quiet and restful and just what the doctor ordered!
We love the Palmetto Dunes area and this place was a find! It was beautifully decorated, roomy and very comfortable. The location was prime as it was a two minute walk to the beach. We stored our bikes underneath which allowed for ample storage. The condo had everything you needed. The owner, Nichole was wonderful and made sure we were all set ahead of time and checked to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!
We enjoyed every aspect of this immaculate condo. Everything was perfect and Nichole and Kevin were very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. It was the perfect vacation thanks to the serene surroundings and the well furnished, relaxing condo. Our whole family enjoyed it and look forward to returning next time we are in Hilton Head.
We have been coming to HHI for almost a decade now. The whole family agrees that this is the most cleanest, most classiest and most comfortable villa yet! The tasteful decor and quality furnishings makes it hard to want to leave the villa. When you do, the beach is an easy, short walk away. As a family of 5 with younger children, we appreciated the close proximity to the Dune House restrooms. The keyless door entry was slick and made coming and going very easy. I also appreciated the plentiful towels provided. My husband bases his satisfaction on more of the novelties...a high-pressure shower head, a firm bed, sharp kitchen knives, an ice-maker and good air circulation (fans provided) while he sleeps. All of which he had found favorable here! :) I really loved the layout of the villa with the separated bedrooms. This allowed for a less-crowded feeling. The owners were very responsive, helpful and kind!
I began my search for a place to stay in Hilton Head after my usual villa was damaged and required renovations, so would not be available. I was not expecting much, but fortunately for me, I came across this villa. The owners had just completed a total renovation so I would be the first to experience the location. I was here for two months, so had an opportunity to get to know the location, other owners, other renters and to visit other units. In my opinion, this villa is the very best of all the other units located at The Moorings. The kitchen facilities are complete. The beds are extremely comfortable. The living area is outstanding and the location is handy to everything. I had visitors varying in age from teenager through to my 70+ age. Without hesitation, I can report that the positive responses about this villa were not only consistent, but enthusiastically delivered! The icing on the cake was the decor. It is exquisite. The owners obviously put a great deal of thought and love into the preparation of this villa. The benefits will continue to accrue for future renters.
