Quiet Time 10 pm- 8 a.m. Daily
Guest understands that premises are located in a residential area and that neighbors live in close proximity. Respect for the residents is of utmost importance. Neighborhood complaint calls made to the police or complaint calls to after hours emergency number, or any other neighborhood complaint regarding Guest noise, nuisance and parties are grounds for immediate termination, Quiet hours are observed before 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM. Any guests over the amount initially requested and agreed upon may stay at the premises unless written Owner consent has been given. Should the Guest or their guests use the Home for any illegal or unlawful purpose, the rental period shall be terminated immediately with no refunds. Owner or its agent may enter the premises and remove Guest, the members of Guest's party, and their belongings as allowed under California law. Owner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Agreement if in its opinion the Guest is detrimental to the Home. Any violation of the above mentioned policies will result in immediate eviction with loss of entire rental amount.
Non-Smoking: This a non-smoking home. Smoking is allowed outside. Guest will be held financially responsible should smoking take place in or on the premises during Guest’s stay including, but not limited to, additional cleaning and deodorizing expenses for carpet, drapery, and upholstery and all other costs associated with returning the Home to a non-smoking condition.
Keys: Guest will receive a set of keys for the front door upon arrival. Guest must return both sets of keys at the end of the stay by leaving the keys on the counter bar in the kitchen and locking all doors upon vacating. If keys are not returned as directed, a locksmith fee of $100.00 will be charged to the credit card provided for Guest’s reservation to install new locks to maintain security of Owner’s the Home.
Pets-Guest shall not keep or permit any animal in or on said premises unless prior permission is granted in writing by Owner. If consent is given, Owner reserves the right to charge an additional pet fee. Guest agrees to be responsible for all damage done by pets to the Home and its belongings. Any additional cleaning or repair required due to the occupancy of the pet will be charged to Guest’s credit card on the reservation. If it is found there are more pets than agreed to on the premises or there are complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise or nuisances caused by pet, Guest will be asked to vacate the Home immediately with no refund.
Occupancy/Guest Responsibility- Guest understands and agrees that Home shall be occupied by no more than the number of individuals (including children and infants) indicated on this Agreement, and day/evening guests are limited to 6 persons, unless authorized in writing by Owner. Guest agrees to immediately notify Owner of any occurrences that may cause damage to Home and to take reasonable measures to mitigate damage, and be responsible for damages for failure to do so.
Security- Guest shall see to their own and to the Home security by locking doors, windows, etc. when it's prudent to do so and always when all guests are absent or the Home is vacated.

The house is spacious and cozy with an amazing fenced in front yard full of flowers, hummingbirds and table for coffee in the morning! The house is located walking distance to beautiful beaches and walking/biking distance to the restaurants and shops of downtown Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. It is 2.5 blocks to the gorgeous 10 mile beach and bike path that runs all along the mission bay and the pacific ocean.
The house is a few blocks to Mission Bay -which is a gorgeous bay that is great for sailing, stand up paddle boarding, jet skiing or just sun bathing. You can rent all of these toys and more just down the road. There is a beautiful bike path that runs all along the bay and ocean that is great for running, biking, walking or rollerblading. World class surfing spots are minutes away by car at several of the Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Sunset Cliff or La Jolla surf breaks. Several free beach bonfire pits are available at the bay (just down the road) for a nice bonfire on the beach at night. Fireworks can be seen from the front yard each night in the summer.
