Enjoy a perfect lakeside backdrop while you relax in the spa or play in the heated pool. The lake is a catch and release lake and is known to have a variety of fish. There are 2 fishing poles at the house for guests to use at the catch and release lake, so throw a line in and have fun!
The backyard is an entertainers delight...comfy conversation seating and bar height game table seating for family fun. There is also an executive series built in barbecue with granite top and bar seating. When the sun goes down the gas fire feature will create a great ambiance as it reflects off of the lake behind. South facing backyard for loads of sun worshiping! Of course if you want to escape the sun there is plenty of shade under the covered patio that also has pull down shade screens. With cooler evenings, there are built in patio heaters to keep your outdoor entertaining warm and cozy. Outdoor living at its best!
Inside this home you will find Dining Room seating up 8-10 and a large TV/Game room for all ages to sit and enjoy the new 55 inch Smart TV and Commercial size Electronic Dartboard. The huge great room floor plan encompasses the gourmet kitchen and comfy living seating area and kitchen Dining area. Seating within the kitchen dining is 8-10. There is also a Kitchen Island with seating for 3-4. This house is made for large groups so everyone can be together for family fun, meals and entertainment. Also, within the great room is a 55 inch Sony Smart TV with sound bar and Sony Blue Ray player. Sit and watch a movie while enjoying a nice fire using the gas fireplace all while you overlook the serene backdrop of the lake.
The kitchen is a chefs dream! Beautiful custom 42 inch cabinetry, all with roll-outs . If you enjoy cooking meals or do some baking this is the kitchen place. All large kitchen appliances are GE Profile - Stainless Steel; 2 convection ovens, convection built in microwave, gas top stove, side by side refrigerator and a super quiet dishwasher. Many of the small Kitchen appliances are Cuisinart. The owners have stocked this home very well with so many kitchen gadgets you will need a long stay just to make use of them. There are 2 sets of pots and pans, glass & bake ware, griddle, electric skillet, large crock-pot, ...absolutely everything is here. You name it, this home has it!
The master bedroom en-suite in its own wing and is richly appointed with a grand king-size bed with sitting area along with a private exit to the back patio for a morning swim or spa. When its time for a shower ensuite bath has a large walk in shower with multiple spray heads for a spa like shower every time!
The four secondary bedrooms are split from the master bedroom suite and all are spacious with Queen beds and are very nicely done for each guest. There are 2 other bath rooms on the same side as the bedrooms for convenience.
If you have to leave the house, the community has great parks within, children's play equipment, baseball field, basketball court and lots of pathways for walking and jogging. Walk or bike up to the many nearby stores, restaurants and bars. This area is loaded with things to do and so many close-by attractions it would be very hard to get bored during a stay at this home.

Nine women spent four glorious days in this awesome property. Sleeping accommodations were great for all - I slept on hideabed and even that was comfortable. The kitchen had every utensil you could need which came in handy for preparing meals. I spent at least ten hours in the pool one of the days there. The place was clean and comfortable. Thanks for such comfortable accommodations! Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers. We were over from the UK for two weeks at the end of March/April and we had a great stay. This is an extremely well appointed home, in a lovely location plus close to shops, restaurants. We've had many holiday homes in the States and this one is right up there with the best, we would not hesitate to go back, it completely suited our party's needs. We rented the house for almost a month and had family coming and going during that time. Whether we had 2 people or 8, the house fit us all. The home is lovely and well maintained. Beds are comfy, the kitchen/great room was where we spent most of our indoor time. Although we loved the ping pong table and the pool and dock for fishing were a hit! Thanks to Nancy for all she did and her attentiveness! Would definitely use this property again.
We were five guys on a golf trip and this home met every need, and more. The property is beautiful, well appointed, perfectly maintained and in a great location for taking advantage of greater Phoenix area golf and attractions. Clearly, the owners have given thought to providing all supplies, appliances, and extras and have anticipated what a group would need for a good time.
