We are native North Carolinians who grew up vacationing on the Carolina coastline. We and our 3 children love Ocean Isle Beach. We are active boaters and have spent many a summer day on our boat cruising the waterway, skiing, tubing, kneeboarding, exploring Bird Island and "Goat" Island, fishing, and like all boaters do at some point - getting stuck a few times! We are native North Carolinians who grew up vacationing on the Carolina coastline. We and our 3 children love Ocean Isle Beach. We are active boaters and have spent many a summer day on our boat cruising the waterway, skiing, tubing, kneeboarding, exploring Bird Island and "Goat" Island, fishing, and like all boaters do at some point - getting stuck a few times! Our children enjoy getting in tube floats on the west end of the island when there is an incoming tide and floating along the back of the island like a lazy river and then climbing out on someone's dock when they get close to the villa.

After many years of vacationing in Ocean Isle Beach twice a year we decided to make Ocean Isle Beach a permanent part of our vacation plans. We chose our Villa at Islander Resort because it was new construction, great amenities with tennis courts and pool, great views of the waterway and ocean, the floor plan with 4 BR/4 BA, the elevator, and the upscale nature of the interior with granite, tile, and stainless steel appliances, east facing spacious deck, and the private resort aspect. We have enjoyed this Villa as our second home for 10 years in 2015 and are offering to share it with you this rental season.

At the condo we really enjoy afternoons and evenings on the back deck. The deck faces East so it is perfect to enjoy morning coffee there and in the afternoons and evenings it is shady so you can enjoy sitting in the rocking chairs or having dinner on the large deck dinner table. At the condo we really enjoy afternoons and evenings on the back deck. The deck faces East so it is perfect to enjoy morning coffee there and in the afternoons and evenings it is shady so you can enjoy sitting in the rocking chairs or having dinner on the large deck dinner table. The 4th bedroom is a great place for kids with 2 bunk beds that are double on bottom and single on top. The room will sleep 6 people! It comes complete with it's own dorm room sized refrigerator for juice boxes and a microwave for popcorn. The 4th bedroom floor is TILED so parents don't worry about spills as they will just wipe up! The TV for the room is on a low TV stand so the kids can sit on the floor or on the futon (the double bottom on one of the bunks converts to a futon for sitting) and play their video games or watch DVDs. BR1 Queen (2 people) BR2 Queen Twin (3 people) BR3 Double Double (4 people) BR4 2 Bunks - Both double on bottom, single on top (6 people) Living Room - Fold out Double Bed (2 people) It is a short walk to the beach and if you want you can rent a golf cart from one of the local suppliers to drive around the island. The pool is large and ocean front and there are restrooms right there at the pool for swimmers. Since the beach is just in front of the pool those same restrooms are very convenient for your time on the beach. The tiki bar of the Isles Restaurant is right there overlooking the pool and the ocean so you can conveniently order and enjoy your favorite food and drink. If you want to bring your boat we can arrange a boat slip rental for an additional fee.
