If your vacation is just for RELAXING, TUBING THE RIVER OR JUST PLAIN HAVING FUN, this is the place to stay. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is furnished with 2 queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. OCCUPANCY IS RESTRICTED TO A TOTAL OF 6 PER UNIT ACCORDING TO THE BY-LAWS AND STRICTLY ENFORCED . Minimum 2 night stay, except for holidays. 3 night stay required over holidays, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. The kitchen is stocked with the typical conveniences of home. The dining table accommodates 4 with additional seating at the bar. Linens and towels are provided for use in the unit, however you should bring your beach towels for use at the river or water park. In unit laundry is available with a front load washer and dryer. Barbeque pits are available for guest at the riverside decks.
The condo is conveniently located to great dining opportunities in New Braunfels and in nearby historic Gruene. Landa Park is just over a mile away and offers entertainment for all ages. There is a train ride for the young at heart, a swimming pool, playground equipment, golf, paddle boats and picnic areas.
Shopping is just 15 miles up I-35 N at the two outlet malls. San Antonio is located just 30 miles south on I-35 with many tourist attractions.

Our family rented at this property for 12 years before we had the opportunity to purchase our very own unit. We have spent years relaxing, tubing the river and just PLAIN having fun at this Comal River property. The location is convenient to all the local attractions. From jogging in the park, spending the day at Schlitterbahn or a day at the Outlet Mall, you will find something to please everyone in your group. San Antonio is just 35 miles down the interstate for the added attractions there, including Sea World, Fiesta Texas or the fabulous River Walk. We have enjoyed this property for years and know you will too.

This place was more than I expected. Everything in this condo was top notch from soaps, towels to furniture. I am very particular when it comes to bathrooms and these were spotless. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning watching the river and beautiful view. This is located close to everything and was very quite. We definitely will be back.

This condo has everything that someone could ask for! The accommodations were new / updated and the unit was very clean. The location was absolutely perfect for enjoying the river but close to all the other attractions of the area. I highly recommend booking this unit. Thanks for providing a great rental.

This Condo was a great find. We enjoyed the river and the water park was so close. There is so much to do . Our daughter and her son went horseback riding one morning in Bourne and love it. Greene was nice to visit also. The park has free concerts on Thursday nights. The condo has all you need to cook with and grill outside if you want. Outdoor fun for the family. I saw a young man fishing for fun, he caught some small sun fish. Don't miss a chance to enjoy this vacation home.
