The Sea Ranch is a planned unit development with Sea Ranch homeowner’s membership Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Rental guests are subject to the same privileges and restrictions as The Sea Ranch Association homeowner’s membership. We strongly advise you be mindful of disturbing neighbors, be aware of the restrictions of noise, parking, and passage across private property. If you have your pet with you, your dog must not disturb our neighbors and must always be on a leash. The Sea Ranch Association Security Department security officer frequently monitors all of the homes and private roads of The Sea Ranch.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Abalone Bay as well as throughout all common areas of The Sea Ranch. We do provide an outdoor free standing cigarette disposal. If you must smoke you must dispose of your cigarettes there. Any cleaning required to remove cigarette butts or smoke odors in the house will be charged back to you.
Avoid Extra Charges
To avoid extra charges, please refrain from moving/relocating furnishing and houseware items to different locations within the home rental unit. Relocation of furnishing/houseware items and disconnecting of TV/Stereo/Satellite cabling will result in an extra charge of $150.00 minimum.
