Do I need a car? Most shopping, dining and attractions are within walking distance to the condo. If however you want to explore other beaches like Sand Key and St. Pete you would need a car. Uber is plentiful in the area and very reasonably priced so that is an option as well.

We currently reside in Bolton Massachusetts also known as Apple Country. My husband and I are both small business owners and have a lovely teenage daughter. We love to fly down to Clearwater Beach for some sun and fun when time permits. May and October are our absolute favorite times of the year to visit. The weather is just right, not too hot or too cool.
Why This Property?
Why the Owner Chose Harborview Grande: We fell in love with Clearwater Beach when we came here in 2009 to visit some friends. Unique Benefits
The Harborview Grande is a newer building, built in 2008. It is equipped with 2 elevators, is gated and has on site security during the evening hours. In addition to being very well maintained and safe it is in one of the best locations. You can walk to just about anywhere to grab a bite to eat or indulge in some shopping. This condo is everthing we hoped for and If we are able to come back to Florida, we will definitely stay here again. We had a mother/daughter get away and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is walking distance to everything we needed and we loved watching the Dolphins from the balcony. We appreciated on how equipped the condo was to include beach towels, chairs, coolers, and a beach umbrella. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Great Vacation Very Relaxing

The property is amazing with great views of Clearwater and, is conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. The unit is tastefully decorated and is very comfortable. Karen's check-in instructions were easy to follow.

Great Vacation Home

My wife and I stayed in April/May 2016 for 2 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is undoubtedly the best equipped home we have stayed in, was in very good condition and was very comfortable to stay in. Watching the dolphins from the balcony was wonderful and we would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to others.

Undeniably Wonderful Vacation!!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, the weather was warm with sunny skies and we could not ask for a better vacation!! We enjoyed all the activities but really loved the segway tour and seeing the dolphins! I would highly recommend this condo if you want a central location but still close enough to the hotspots!! Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
