Property owners in Bridgton for 18 years. Our family cottage has been successfully rented since purchased in 2004. Over the years we have made many upgrades and improvements to the property. We enjoy a very fully booked rental season year after year.
Why This Property?
Beautiful family cottage with docking for your boat. We are located on the west shore of Long Lake; part of the Sebago chain of lakes that includes Sebago Lake as well as Brandy Pond. We are connected in Naples under the rt. 302 bridge "On the Causeway", about half way between Bridgton and Harrison. We are less than a half mile from the world recognized Bridgton Academy.

Waterfront property has tremendous views of Long Lake from our living room. Our first floor has two bedrooms and upstairs is a Master bedroom ensuite with a newly added double vanity and luxury tiled shower .Updated kitchen has Stainless Appliances and a full set of cooking utensils, including a lobster pot for a fish boil.
