SE Arizona Ranch ~ My husband and I fell in love with the beautiful Sulphur Springs Valley in 2007. We are both avid bird watchers, hikers and enjoy climbing mountains. Breathing clean fresh mountain air is a extra thrill too! One can never see and do everything in just one trip out. Since 2007, we still haven't seen everything yet! The Sandhill Crane winter migration (Oct~April) is a must to see.

Quiet and Lovely ~5 STARS~ January 3, 2015 Hummingbird Ranch is an extremely comfortable home located on several acres in a small residential neighborhood of like properties in the wide open Sulphur Springs Valley. Four of spent four very agreeable days and nights in the area. We found the bedrooms to be spacious with large closets and plenty of room for our clothes, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms well equipped with many good qualify towels. You'll want to bring your food and drink with you, because, with the exception of a small grocery and a restaurant open through lunch about ten minutes or so from the property, there are no other stores available nearby. We spent our days hiking in Chiricahua National Monument, about twenty-five minutes away, and we made a day trip to Bisbee, an interesting arts town about an hour away. There were many more activities we would have enjoyed had we been able to stay longer. The enormous skies and the cranes flying overhead were a real treat. Renee and Steve were extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. They provided clear instructions on using the property and the notebooks of material on Cochise County, Southern Arizona, and local destinations were well researched and voluminous. Hummingbird Ranch is an ideal place to get away from it all, with many activities and interesting destinations within an hour or so of this quiet and private location. Renee K. Stay here! ~5 STARS~ January 2, 2015 Definitely stay here! What a comfortable CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN house! We appreciated walking in and immediately feeling comfortable in our surroundings. The kitchen is very well stocked, right down to spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, etc. Easy to navigate! The house is comfortable and relaxing. Sit outside and enjoy the private star show. Walk around the property and identify all of the tracks left by wildlife. It happened to be cold during our stay, but we were toasty inside. Hummingbird Ranch's location was perfect for us visiting Chiricahua, Cochise Stronghold, Coronado Monument, San Pedro Riparian and doing the tourist thing in Tombstone and Bisbee. We were quite happy here. We also appreciated the very quick return of the security deposit. All communication with Renee and Steve was easy; we appreciated all of the videos and links regularly sent to us. We thank you for your hospitality and for providing a clean and secure vacation spot.
