There is also a iPhone docking station.
This home has a wonderful open floor plan, perfect for two couples. The house is a split-level, with no more than two steps going to the den area, also steps from the master suite into the bathroom.
The lovely outdoor patio make summertime especially ideal to increase your usable space.
Centrally located, three blocks west of downtown Reno. In town for business, perfect! Ideal location to catch all the special events. Just across the street from Reno's oldest park, the Truckee River flowing thru. Joggers, bikers abound. The Kayak Whitewater Park and river rafting are summer time favorites for cooling off.
Location is just three blocks west of down town art district, as well as casinos and many restaurants. Direct I-80 freeway access, 50 minutes to Tahoe City, or take a scenic 50 minutes on 395 S. up Mt Rose to Incline Village. Outdoors is wide open for adventure and enjoyment. Reno night life awaits! Tons of restaurants, casino showroom entertainment. So many great events .

Pictures can't do justice to this amazing home that is a work in progress! The whole time we were there my eyes kept flicking brightly as I would find another treasure, ha! My husband said it made him tired as I kept asking "Could we do this?"...The house had everything we needed & much more + the best temperpedic beds... We had a fire in the back one night & cooked our chicken ( purchased at the Co Op just down the street) over the coals . We were in Reno to check out all of the new craft breweries , the standout being St. James Brasserie , we were not disappointed . Reno has seemed to have evolved in a good way since we were last there. Loved that "our" house was close to everything ! Can't wait to come back & play again!!!
Alyce's house is a pure joy to stay at. Warm, comfortable, homey, and so unique. The beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen are exquisite. The details inside are endless and almost all of them were made by Alyce herself, who is an amazing artist. The location was also very quiet with driveway parking and a large backyard. Strong wi-fi and Direct TV was a big bonus. Conveniently located, a short drive into downtown. Alyce was beyond accommodating and very responsive throughout the whole process. I definitely hope to stay here again someday.

We have stayed here probably 5 times over the last couple of years! What do we like about it? Everything! The home is exactly as described, fully furnished with many added little touches that make the house a home. It seems that whatever we need is always there in the house, whether it be coffee or paper plates. It is perfect for one or two couples and two small dogs. It is cozy in the winter and pleasantly cool (with the new central AC) in the summer. We love the fact that it is close to the casinos and the nightlife, yet in a residential area right near Idylwild Park and the Truckee River where our dogs love to go for walks! We have been to the Reno Hot Air Balloon Races, watched the 4th of July fireworks over the Nugget, ate at the Friday Night Food Trucks at the Park, spent New Year's Eve at the Silver Legacy, and just saw the new Star Wars movie at the out-of-this-world, Galaxy Theater! It is our go to place whenever we want to get away from the rat race, relax and have a great time!
