Our beautiful condo has everything you need to make your vacation magical! All the comforts of home and right at Disney's doorstep!
Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community with a double Olympic-sized heated pool which features a two-story spiral water slide, children’s water play area with dancing waters fountains, and a secluded hot tub area. There are lighted tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts as well as a fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness center, a 40-seat movie theater with free guest-selected movies, video arcade and billiards, outdoor grills, putting green, and two children’s playgrounds. In addition, the clubhouse has a food and beverage options for your pleasure. It is one of the rental properties closest to the Disney main entrance. Two right turns and two miles after exiting Windsor Hills Resort and you are driving under the “Welcome to Walt Disney World” sign. Driving time to the various Disney parks varies from about 7-12 minutes from Windsor Hills Resort, depending on the park you are visiting.
3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo (2 Master Suites!)
Master Suite 1 has a King bed, 32” flat screen TV, walk in closet and a walk in shower in its bathroom.
Guest Suite 2 has another King bed, 32” flat screen TV and a door with direct access to the second bathroom.
Guest Bedroom 3 has a set of Twin beds with a Mickey Mouse theme and a 26” flat screen TV.
The living room features a 42” flat screen TV and leather sofas!
The kitchen is great for dining at the home and has a window with a walk up counter and view of the great room. It has everything you need including dinnerware, silverware, cups, etc. After preparing your meal, let the DISHWASHER do the clean up for you.
There is also a screened in lanai off the living room with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful Orlando, Florida weather.
Complimentary WIFI gives you the freedom to surf from anywhere in the condo.
We have also provided a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The key-less entry makes your arrival quick, easy and secure. The code is changed after each guest.

Aaron was a pleasure to deal with, we will definitely rent from him again. Condo was great, we loved the ground floor, felt safe in this gated community, close to everything including Disney. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo, 10 minutes to Disney, pool and water park are fantastic. If we come back to Florida we would definitely stay here and rent from Aaron. Aaron has been extremely responsive to everything. Only minor issues with quick fixes (door knob that stuck). Good wifi and very secure property.

My wife and I enjoyed our 8 night stay at this Windsor Hills community condo. We liked the ground floor location and found the unit to be clean and generally in excellent condition. The owner, Aaron, was very easy to work with and provided thorough information regarding the home and its amenities. He was also readily available to assist when we initially had problems with the door lock system (our fault for not correctly following the instructions). We would definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

The condo is AMAZING very clean & spacious , location is great Walmart is just 2 minutes away... a lot of restaurants & stores in the area very close to Disney parks and other attractions.... Definitely I will recommend this property . Thanks Aaron my family and I are very grateful we had an unforgettable vacation.
