This house is situated in an older quiet neighborhood. It is true lakefront and features floor to ceiling windows. It also has a fully furnished kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, free WiFI, and Satellite TV. It is a very friendly and welcoming place and somewhere you'll want to come back to time after time. This house is best described as simple charm, yet it has all the modern amenities and conveniences you would expect. The kitchen has been recently remodeled. The windows across the back of the house showcases beautiful Lake Lewisville lakefront. The house is beautifully cozy. It is a great place to stay when coming to reconnect with loved ones and friends, business, in between homes, or just a romantic getaway. You will enjoy sitting and relaxing on the back porch or simply lounging on the dock behind the house. You can swim and or fish right behind the house from either the shore or the dock if you desire. This house has a burn pit to have relaxing night fires or treat yourself or kids to 'smores.
One added bonus is that the sunsets are wonderfully beautiful during all times of the year. Our house feels so tranquil you may very well forget that anything you might want to eat or do is just a short drive away!
The location of the house is easy access to reach both of Dallas/Fort Worth's major airports and highways. There are grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, shopping, entertainment venues close by. We are also located within 10 minutes to Toyota Stadium, Frisco’s “5 billion dollar mile” and the Dallas Cowboys practice field. Many corporate headquarters are right down the Dallas North Tollway.
