Why This Property?
I bought this fantastic apartment in 1995, it has been rented to the same tenant for the past 14 years, now that my eldest daughter is attending Trinity College, we decided that we would totally remodel the apartment and use it when we visit Dublin 2 or 3 times a year.
And rent it to tourists the rest of the time.

The location does not get any better than this. The apartment is minutes from O'Connell street, Temple Bar. Trinity College, The GPO, Grafton Street.
The Apartment complex includes lots of shops, a hair salon, a supermarket and several cafes. A few minutes walk to Tesco and Marks and Spencers supermarkets and the Jervis shopping center.
