- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Thereafter, refunds will not be made. If canceled less than 50 days before arrival date, Guest agrees to pay the full rental rate.

7. NO GLASS IN POOL AREA.
8. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included with the property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, and it is suggested that you bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. We do not permit bath towels and linens to be taken from the property.
10. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. NO FEMININE PRODUCTS OR OTHER FOREIGN items should be flushed at anytime. If the toilet or sewer is clogged and items are flushed that should not have been, you will be charged for the plumbing charge.
11. One individual in Rental Party must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the property during the entire stay. Non-compliance with rule results in eviction without refund.
