Pam is such a wonderful host. She has been very responsive throughout. The place is very beautiful on top of the mountains with some spectacular views. We loved the views from the porch and the bedroom. We did not have any trouble with the navigation. Pam provided us with detailed instructions. Would definitely recommend this place.
My stay at the High Chalets was excellent. As a first time visitor, I found Pam's directions to be very helpful and had no issues getting settled. The views from the condo were amazing. The area is very beautiful and the condo gives a perfect modern option to enjoy the outdoors comfortably.
Well furnished, great parking, not far from downtown Gatlinburg, easily accessed with plenty of privacy and a great view. If you don't feel like getting out, you can order food and drinks that will be delivered to you and hang out at the hot tub or pool. You can also spot a bear or two at night from your balcony.
The condo is exactly as described. The pictures are very accurate, but they don’t do justice to the amazing views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The space was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pam was excellent communicating with us and sharing every detail we needed prior to our arrival. The check-in/check-out process was very smooth. We spent most of our days hiking and when we came back to the condo, we felt warm and comfortable. There are two hot tubs, pool, and sauna to help you relax. There are also some grills to cook your own food and enjoy the view. Overall a very good experience. We highly recommend the place and Pam’s hospitality.
Pam's place was gorgeous! The view from the back porch area was a breathtaking scenic view of the mountains. Even though we were on the bottom level, We never heard any noise from any direction. The actual condo was beautifully decorated and was exactly what we needed for our Smoky mountain getaway!
