Lodging Tax: 13%

Maximum Stay: 7 days. BUT Minimum daily rentals may be available due to gaps in the calendar. Any number of days can be added onto weekly rentals if available.

Deposit Requirements

I require a $500 refundable deposit to hold your dates. 50% of rent due 90 days prior and remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your vacation check-in date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Full refund if cancelled 90 days prior to your vacation.

House Rules

Thanks for sharing your condo with us. The boys love the pools and the beach was beyond words! Never felt sand so soft in my life, breath taking. Condo is beautiful and has everything you need. The whole community is great. Thanks Sandy, we will be back again.

2015 family holiday

my family vacation started on oct 23rd 2015 and sadly finished 4th november, we have been staying in siesta key now for over 25 years and this was the first time at sandy's siesta and def will not be the last, sandy right from the start made this very easy indeed and was a1 in her communication bearing in mind we are in the uk, it was the first time my children had been to florida and we spent the first ten days in orlando before moving on to sandys place. we will be going back in 2017 and will not be doing the parks as my children much preferred siesta key and sandys condo, the condo is in fantastic condition throughout and kept very well indeed, if anyone wants some sort of advice about going to this condo it most def has our approval as we have stayed in many in siesta key and none are even in the same hemisphere as sandys condo its just a shame it had to end. just a little end note from my children loved it loved it loved it lollllllllllllll

Awesome vacation!

This condo is beautifully decorated, and has all the features of being at home. The beach is a short walk across a road and through a couple gates, and once you're there, Ian the beach attendant will get you set up with beach chairs and an umbrella. The sand is amazingly soft like baby powder and the water is crystal clear and shallow. There's no undertow or big waves, so we didn't really have to fret constantly about our children's safety. The Midnight Cove complex is very well maintained and has a great new fitness room and 2 great pools. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock in front of the condo. We met many families who have been renting condo's there yearly for upwards of 20 years. One of the most important factors that made our trip so great was the incredible support and accessibility that the owner Sandy, afforded to us. She responded quickly to all of my texts, (and I texted often) and was always offering advice on places to go and sites to see. We are looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this condo!!

The condo is really nice. It has lots of room, is well decorated and maintained, and the grounds are great. In addition the staff on property and beach attendant are great. It is great to arrive at beach and have Ian set up your chairs and umbrella. It was a little farther to beach than I thought, but only about a five minute walk. Also, be aware this is a very quiet property. A loud group would be out of place. Siesta Key Beach is awesome!

The apartment was clean, well decorated and it has great appliances! We felt at home! The beach is gorgeous, once you arrive there is a nice gentlemen who brings you chairs and umbrellas! Everything we needed was supplied by the owner, there is even a beach cart which was a life saver, since we have three kids and carry a lot to the beach! I highly recommend this place

We are so thankful not to have any damage at our condo or our Midnight Cove 1 complex!! In fact, the entire island of Siesta Key was extremely fortunate to have minimal damage from Hurricane Irma!!
Located in beautiful Siesta Key, Fl (consistently ranked #1 beach in the US!!) in Midnight Cove 1, this condo spoils its occupant with all the amenities and luxuries needed for a relaxing, tropical vacation. Nestled amid lush landscaping in this gated community, our unit is newly remodeled and furnished. This remodel includes new Carrier AC/heating unit, new ceiling fan in master, new king mattress January 2023, new front-load washer and dryer, new gourmet KitchenAid appliances, custom cabinets, and granite throughout!!! The exquisite decor of leather couches, Ty Pennington furnishings, and Ralph Lauren bedding provide the level of comfort so deserved during your stay. Kick back and check out one of the hundreds of channels on your hi-def Premium digital cable package and watch TV or a movie on the new large 70 inch SMART HDTV/DVR with Premium Channels HBO, STARZ, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, SPORTS PACK and STREAMPIX, Comcast's version of Netflix (3 new 2023 SMART HDTV) or use your own Netflix account!
