Our Beautiful Ranch House is in the subdivision named Beachway Estates located in Pompano Beach, Florida. It is just East of Federal Highway and within minutes to the beach at Fisherman’s Wharf. This area is known for public golfing, and the world famous Pompano Airpark. The park is within walking distance from the home to where the Blimp takes off and lands, amazing to watch. The Park also is dog friendly and has a park for our pampered pooches, tennis, a volleyball court, bicycling trails, walking/running and more. Shopping is a stone’s toss away. Just North of the Park is Citi Centre which features Macy's, Sears, Pier 1 and Lowes as anchor stores along with eateries and value stores.
As you enter this cozy home it inspires warm feelings and great memories to be made. The guest book is there for you to share your thoughts and experiences during your stay and also so you may know the family who owns the home.
The dining room is the first room you enter, simple but elegant and sits six comfortably. As you make your way to the kitchen, which features all quartz counter tops and beautiful white cabinetry, you pass by the 4 seat bistro table adjacent to the living area. The kitchen is contemporary and sleek, great for any chef. There is a lot of counter space which is perfect for entertaining and a three seat breakfast bar, so you can chat with the chef. In the living area is a 60' flat screen TV great for cartoons or your favorite sports game. With a large overstuffed couch and X-box, it’s a virtual playground.
Travel down the hall and the first bedroom you arrive at has a twin bed that makes into a king bed and also has its own flat screen. As you continue down the hall you will find the 2nd full bath which separates the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and of course a flat screen for those rainy Florida days. Then on to the Master bedroom which has a king size bed that encourages you to sleep peacefully after enjoying a long swim in the heated pool or after a hard day of play in the ocean. The master bedroom has its own tub/shower, commode and washing area.
Then as you venture outside you enter into a playground for both young and old. The yard is fully fenced for total privacy. There is a huge swing set, bicycles, BBQ, dining table for six, and a private love seat area for those who want to get off by themselves or with friends or loved ones to catch up. Of course a heated underground pool. The remote awning ensures that no matter what our Florida weather brings, we have you covered.
Should you decide to go sight seeing you are minutes from the lovely community of Lauderdale by the Sea. You may want to visit Cafe Aruba located on the beach, and enjoy great salads, drinks and socializing, or the fishermen (or women) among you may want to toss a line off the pier and bring your catch of the day home for grilling. On weekends Lauderdale by the Sea comes alive with musicians and dancing in the streets.
Another equally inviting area is the world famous Fort Lauderdale Strip at Fort Lauderdale Beach. Browse in unique shops, and eat in fine restaurants. Parking is ample during the morning along the West and East sides of A1A but bring lots of change as they all have parking meters. It is a great place to roller blade; people watch or just enjoy the beach.
Further on A1A you will come to the upscale Las Olas Boulevard. This area boasts many boutiques that offer creations and fine jewelry by local artisans. Enjoy the cuisine of one of the high end restaurants and an evening of live bands and dancing on the 'the Boulevard'. While there, plan a visit to the Broward Centre of Performing Arts. Also, for the children this area also offers the Museum of Art, IMAX Theatre, and much more.
Jump on I-95 South and head to South Beach for the day and enjoy lovely boutiques and gourmet dining. Just a bit further South and you will arrive in Miami Beach, which offers a flavour for any palate. There are many things to do and stunning beaches to enjoy. If you enjoy the outdoors and nature, you could visit Fairchild's Botanical Gardens and dine on their veranda or visit Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.
Another point of interest for shopping and sight-seeing would be Bayside which is situated next to the American Airlines Arena. At Bayside you can take a boat tour and see some famous actor and singers homes.
Grab a Pina colada and jump on the boat, or rent a speed boat and follow the tour boat. Also, a simple walk down Lincoln Road may bring you face-to-face with a celebrity - you never know who you may see! There is something for everyone. The Miami Zoo is another fun day!
Perhaps the most visited mall is Sawgrass Mills a shopping mecca which is West of Fort Lauderdale. If you came to shop than you have to visit the Sawgrass. If you like take the helicopter ride over the Sawgrass you would see how it was designed in the shape of an alligator. When you leave the Sawgrass and want to see a real alligator then head over towards Naples. You will always see live ones along the banks.

- HOUSEKEEPING:The property is clean upon guest arrival and cleaned upon guest departure. Mid Stay clean is available for an additional fee. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If additional housekeeping is required, this may be arranged for an additional fee of $125.00.
- We do not permit shower towels or linens to be taken from the units. TOWELS must be kept on the property as of check-out time.

Hi we're a family from Montreal, Canada, that went to Pompano Beach on vacation a few years ago and absolutely fell in love with the city. We left with great memories and ended up purchasing the nicest, coziest home that is close to the beach while being in a very family friendly neighbourhood.
Traveling with your young family will provide you with many valuable memories. We understand some of the hurdles and that's why we used the vacation rental community for the first time two years ago. It was incredible.
After a long day at the beach or sightseeing, we were grateful to come back to a home where the children can swim and play in the backyard while we barbecue and catch our breaths.
A vacation home is ideal for young families that don't want to be cooped up in a motel room once the day's activities are done (that's how we felt). And reading out for six three times a day is expensive!
So, we went from having a great vacation in beautiful, sunny Florida, to purchasing our own vacation home. And this lead to the idea that other families can enjoy it as much as we do when we're not in town.
We, soon, realized how satisfying it can be to be a part of the vacation rental industry. What can be more fun than helping an excited family plan their next vacation?

Our family was on vacation in Southern Florida and we absolutely fell in love with the Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach area.
The ocean was warm and smooth as silk and the beaches had the softest and whitest sands. The area was just beautiful for its beaches, as well as its nightlife and tourist activities (many different restaurants, cafes, bars and shops lining the beach). And Pompano Beach is just a drive away from anything that you would like to see in Southern Florida without the hustle and bustle of the Miami, big city environment.
As many vacationers tend to do (and as we had done many times in the past), we wondered about how it would feel to live in this area.
Before we knew it we were looking for condos and homes in the Pompano Beach area. It was not easy to find a nice home that can accommodate a family, that is close to the beach, in a good family area, with a swimming pool and enough isolation for our children to play outside without any worries.
When we finally found what we were looking for we jumped on the opportunity. We haven't regretted it since.
This property is considered to be our second family home. Now whenever we aren't in Montreal you will find us at our house in Pompano Beach.

We fell in love with this house because of its unique location that was perfect for our family.
This is a great home for children as there is no canal or waterway adjacent to it. It has a fully fenced yard with heated pool, huge flat screen in the family area and all of the bedrooms. Our house is a typical Florida ranch house that offers the perfect blend of privacy and location that we needed.
Because we felt that this is our second home we spared no expense in renovating and modernizing this beautiful ranch house. We completely overhauled the kitchen, family rooms, dining room and backyard to achieve the perfect oasis that we wanted to live in when we were in Pompano Beach.
The concrete, inground swimming pool is completely automated (heating, pumps, lights) so that we are comfortable without having to worry about how everything works.
Our six foot fences provide great privacy in the backyard as you're swimming or barbecuing after a hot day at the beach.
We installed a retractable, electric awning to shield ourselves from that bright Florida sun or those brief but strong Florida rainfalls.
Our house's security system is top of the line as well. The front door locks are code operated and relayed with the alarm system so that when someone keys in their code to open the door or locks the door then the alarm system will also activate or de-activate as well. The alarm system includes a 24/7 monitoring service, along with a two way voice application with the alarm company's monitoring service.
Our home comes with the top Comcast Xfinity cable package and there is a flat screen TV in the family room and every bedroom as well as an XBOX console with games in the family room.
