The front entrance is through a small screened sitting-porch; the back deck boasts a gas grill, and is accessible by steps or a handicap-friendly ramp.
Telephone and wireless internet are negotiable; satellite TV is negotiable; broadcast television is included. Pet friendly. A small community playground is just outside the back fence (accessible through a gate); a great carport over the paved driveway provided parking under shelter for as many as four vehicles (or boats).

School year jobs much of Bob's life have allowed him to enjoy the winters in Florida, and still summer in the north. He wants to use this home to allow others to enjoy the mild winters and great recreation opportunities of Florida.
