Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date. Your deposit will also be refunded if there is a named stormed that affects Folly Beach and you are asked to vacate the area.
House Rules
No parties at the house. The house does not have a party permit. No smoking in the house or decks. The maximum number of people allowed is 8 which includes those guests not actually sleeping at the house. We do not allow pets ever. Not even visiting pets.

Why This Property?
Great original cottage with all the charm of Folly Beach. The cottage is in the perfect location across the street from the walkover. Close enough to town and the pier to walk. Private off street parking for 3 cars. Fenced yard and outdoor shower area.

Great ocean views from 2 decks. Updated kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Washer/dryer on the first floor. Sunroom off the kitchen. Outdoor grill just down the stairs from the kitchen. Outdoor shower area with hot/cold water and lots of beach toys and beginner surf board to use during your stay.
