We have owned this home since its construction and have had it in the family as a vacation home. I was raised in the Ormond/Daytona Beach area, attended local schools and college. Was married there and had my first child there. I now live in Ft. Lauderdale, but this is our family's favorite get away, preferred much more than our Keys House or the beaches of South Florida. 5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2017 for a stay in February 2017 This was a very nice beach house! The location is great within walking distance to the beach. Very convenient to all area attractions. The owner Debra is a pleasure to work with and is very helpful. The landlord Dominick is very friendly and lives next door if you were to have any issues. The house has everything you need to go to the beach and is turn key. We had a beautiful vacation staying in this home. I would like to thank Debra and Dominick for all the hospitality they showed in making this such a great trip. Would I recommend this vacation rental to my best friend? Yes.

The SEA ORCHID BEACH HOUSE is beautiful Daytona Beach vacation rental beach home that has been updated and is furnished and decorated to provide the ultimate in a family beach home. Just steps from the ocean - a mere 2 minute walk - with direct ocean access, you will love the peaceful location in a quiet beachside neighborhood that is convenient to all of the fun. The home has new HVAC system, new tile and carpeting, updated baths, newer kitchen appliances and is decorated and furnished with a decorator's touch. Very comfortable! Very clean! Very well maintained! This home has free high speed wireless internet, enhanced cable TV in all rooms with new flat screen TVs, DVR, DVDs with movie library and a Smart TV in the master bedroom suite. One of four town homes, you will be welcomed here. Nice outdoor spaces with fenced courtyard for privacy - enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks! The front yard has nice landscaping and grass with a deck and outdoor shower. The home easily sleeps 10 and we have raised air beds, sleeper sofa and futon sofa for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. For all adult parties, we limit guests to a maximum of 8. We provide porta crib and high chair for baby. When we say turnkey, we mean it!! We provide all beach gear, bikes, rolling cart, coolers, beach bags, beach towels, umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards. The home is complete with a large kitchen with all major and small appliances. The large 2 story floor plan has master ensuite BR upstairs with king bed and futon sofa bed (perfect to sleep smaller children that need to be near mom and dad) and 2d BR with queen bed. The 3d BR is downstairs with a queen bed. All bedding is kept new and current. We provide gas grill with propane or a charcoal grill if that's your preference. Garage has auto door with keypad that can be programmed with your own code during your stay. We also furnish an in-home safe to place your valuables while you are at the beach. Full sized washer-dryer makes it so easy to pack lightly and keep up with laundry during your stay. Kids love the outdoor shower for baths!! This is our personal family vacation home and you will appreciate our attention to detail. This is not just an income producing property. This is our beach home that we share with you. You will make the best memories here!
