Deposit Requirements
On booking, you pay a GBP100.00 security deposit which we return to you, all being well, after your stay. Payment for your stay is required 4 weeks before you arrive.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund if you cancel more than 8 weeks before your stay. With notice of between 6 and 8 weeks you will be charged 25% of the booking value. With notice of between 4 and 6 weeks you will be charged 50% and with less than 4
weeks notice you will be charged 75%.

About Bern
Where to start? We have a love of Scotland's outdoors and architecture that goes back over 20 years and we now have two holiday rentals amid stunning scenery there.
Why This Property?
We are skiers. Skiing in Scotland is brilliant when it's good, though not every day is a ski day due to the unpredictable weather. This cottage gives us the ability to get some skiing in at short notice whenever the conditions were right.
Unique Benefits
Tigh Mo Mhiann has character and warmth that everyone enjoys. The original timber interior is still largely intact but now it has the comfort of a modern kitchen and bathroom.
